GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

Preamble

These conditions of sales are concluded on one hand by the company Really Really Really Vintage, registered in the trade and companies register of Meaux under number 89120523900017 hereinafter referred to as "RRRVintage" and on the other hand, by any natural person or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website of "Really Really Really Vintage" hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

These conditions of sales aim to define the contractual relationship between RRRVintage and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the RRRVintage commercial site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sales will prevail over all other general or special conditions not expressly approved by RRRVintage.

RRRVintage reserves the right to modify its conditions of sales at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer.

Any order for a product appearing in the online store www.reallyeallyreallyvintage.com implies consultation and prior acceptance of these general conditions and the notices specified on the "Terms and conditions of use" page of the Online Store.

Consequently, the buyer who wishes to order online acknowledges being fully informed that his agreement with the content of these general conditions and the "general conditions of use" does not require the handwritten signature of this document.

Unless mentioned, the products from the RRRVintage store are sold without the decorative accessories that may appear in the pictures.

Article 1 : General terms

These general conditions express all the obligations of the parties. In this sense, the buyer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions provided for in these general conditions and in the "Terms and conditions of use".

The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods and services offered by the store www.reallyreallyreallyvintage.com to the buyer.

Any order for a product appearing in the www.reallyreallyreallyvintage.com online store requires consultation and prior acceptance of these general conditions and the notices specified on the pages of the online store.

Article 2 : Validity

These general conditions come into force on the date of dispatch of the online order. These general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the supply of the goods and services purchased.

Article 3 : Electronic signature

In accordance with the French law of March 13, 2000 on electronic signatures, any order form signed by the customer by "click" constitutes irrevocable acceptance which cannot be called into question. The "click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of all messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties like a handwritten signature.

Article 4 : Order confirmation

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order.

Article 5 : Proof of transaction

All communications, orders and payments are kept under secure conditions. The archiving of purchase orders is also carried out.

Article 6 : Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the RRRVintage site.

These products are offered while stocks last.

Vintage pieces can have signs of use, each product is accompanied by a description established by RRRVintage and any major damage will be mentioned.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to colors and signs of wear.

We take particular care to accurately describe the condition of each product. They are sold as is and without any warranty. We do our best to ensure that the photographs faithfully illustrate the products sold. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect similarity, so the photos have no contractual value.

Article 7 : Prices

The prices appearing in the catalog are prices including all taxes in euros; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services.

RRRVintage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.

The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery as long as they take place in the geographical areas provided below.

The delivery costs, invoiced in addition, will be indicated before validation of the basket.

VAT is not applicable.

Article 8 : Orders

The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must :

complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details or give his customer number if he has one;
complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
validate his order after checking it;
make the payment under the conditions provided;
confirm order and payment.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

Article 9 : withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the article to exercise his right of withdrawal. Within this period, the buyer must inform RRRVintage of his wish to withdraw by a written and unambiguous declaration. To exercise this right, the buyer does not have to justify his motivations. In the event that the item has not yet been shipped, RRRVintage will immediately take into account the decision to withdraw and the buyer will be refund within a period of fourteen (14) days maximum from its decision to withdraw. In the event that the buyer has already received the Item and/or the Item is being dispatched, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt to return the item, carefully packaged, to RRRVintage, according to the original shipping method. The costs incurred for the return of the Item will be the responsibility of the buyer. The company RRRVintage does not make any refund if the product does not meet the expectations of the buyer once the withdrawal period has expired. No product returns will be accepted after this period.

Article 10 : Terms of payment

The price is payable when ordering.

Payments will be made by credit card; will be carried out through a security system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware of it during transport on the network . At the request of the buyer, a paper invoice will be sent to him.

Article 11 : Deliveries

The online sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for items up to 30kg and maximum 100cm lenght. We use Colissimo services. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the place of destination. Pricelist is available on Colissimo website.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of RRRVintage.

The seller can in no way be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the services of the Post or carriers.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser on the order form.

The buyer agrees to check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier.

No return will be accepted after signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package, which constitutes express acceptance of the delivery.

Our responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of late delivery. A delay in delivery cannot authorize the cancellation of the order and cannot under any circumstances lead to the payment of compensation for delay and / or damages by RRRVintage.

In case of damage or loss of the package during shipment, a claim must be made with the carrier and not RRRVintage.

Article 12 : LIABILITY

The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

Article 13 : Standards

Our products, and more particularly those intended for children, no longer meet the safety standards currently in force in France.

Our products may therefore present a risk if they are used in a purpose other than decoration.

Article 14 : Personal information

The information collected is subject to computer processing for delivery as well as to identify you subsequently on the site. The recipient of the data is: RRRVintage.

Payment data is never known to the RRRVintage site, and is encrypted.

In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting us.

You can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning you.

The seller cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the buyer's password and / or customer account. The seller can nevertheless temporarily block the buyer's account if an anomaly is detected.
